Flooding
Which knew
No dearth
No death
Though I wasn’t,
Wasn’t crying
Heart thumps
Faster
Greater
Restlessly
Though I knew
no reason
I was just
Witnessing
Surrendered
Helplessly
Couldn’t breathe
Couldn’t hear
Couldn’t guess
What was all this!
A flash of your smile
When flashed
in my eyes
Gush of tears
Rushed in
Thumping heart
Pumped blood
Everything seemed
Beautiful again
