Poem

We don’t wait for your invitation
We fly all around you
Kissing you often
Missing your grin
Testing your well being
Touching you all over
Though you drive us
Tasting all you make
But alas! you waste things
Soon we taste
Hating our very presence
Rating our very birth a nonsense

Why are we born is our very
Painful doubt
We’re not a welcome to any
Though we affectionately
Greet you with our tiny moves
Wish we be as pretty as a butterfly
Which you admire and welcome
Chasing it joyously

But in vain, never we can be any one else
So we are attempting to win you
Increasing our number
Ignoring your hatred
Respecting our birth
Living each minute
Liking our mess
Struggling like restlers
Rubbing our hands
Irritating you most
