Truthfulness

Magical wand of wonders is truthfulness
Seems so simple yet tough to handle
Hearts strong only can hold it with gratefulness
But not all find such hearts good to mingle

It’s a deep rooted tree that keeps one cool and ideal
It’s fruits though grow late, immortal they make one
Present lifestyle seldom finds it cordial
Truthful people of this generation are hardly trusted by anyone

But this is the quality one ought to adopt
Reassuring honesty that’s the child of truthfulness
Absence of truthfulness abandons peace apt
Resulting inevitable immorality sheltering restlessness

Hollow is the fruit of life without truthfulness
Mistrustful mischief would be such life
Victorious truth wins hearts and happiness
Watering the tree of hopes with love throughout one’s life

Nothing in life is valuable than love and peace
Sticking to truthfulness assures not only these both but also immortality!
