Charity
All those what eyes shed ain’t tears
Time’s victims are some but, dear
Trained are some to beg from years
Though affluent with resources near
heartrending cries they do wear
Sweat and straineous life they may fear
Or forced to beg ruled by someone’s fear
The elderly might badly need a pear
To fill their starving belly and to cheer
But let’s ponder before we offer alms, dear
Our charity might ruin the tiny tot’s future
Or it might produce easy begging queer!!
