Now it’s time I embrace sleep
Now it’s time my eyes peep
Into the dreams they long
Into the den of rest for long!

Closing the lids of my light
Lulling the tired eyes might
I am gonna rest in the lap of night
Darkness as a boon I lay quiet

For this night helps me to be bright
For the day long of my hopeful day bright
